Git prompt not updating

Describe the bug
If I change git branch via another app (another terminal, vscode, etc), the prompt in Wave tab does not indicate the change and remains showing the same branch which it detected on opening the tab or navigating to the folder with git repository.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to a folder with a git repository via Wave terminal
2. Change the branch in any other app
3. Go back to Wave and run any command (ll, ls, etc)
4. The branch in the prompt is still the same as it was when navigating to the repository folder

Expected behavior
If git branch is changed outside of Wave, on running any command in Wave it should update current git branch accordingly
