Suggestions for the signal command #786

I've been using Wave for some time going between it and Warp depending on my workflow. It's been a good ride so far so thank you for all your hard work on this.
I'd like to request a couple of features for the signal command
- reorder its arguments to /signal [sig name] [line arg]. This will improve the UX and command reusability when all a user has to do to reuse a previously entered command is to delete or replace the line # at the end instead of navigating to the middle of the command in order to change the line number. It will also make it easier to pass the line # as an argument.
- add sending a signal to all lines, at least to those with running processes, with the default command for this set to /signal [sig name].
