Can't use browser back button more than once

Minor remark

1. Go to a route, i.e. https://hiking.waymarkedtrails.org/#route?id=3799888&map=14.0/48.3025/16.282
2. Click on another route
3. Click on yet another route
4. Use browser back button. Works fine, goes to previous route details
5. Use browser back button again. It is not possible, browser back button is greyed out.

It looks like WMT browsing history is structured in such way that user can only go back once(or there was some cookie which is gone).
(I have not seen this happen on other websites)
I don't know exactly how this works.

(use case: going back to earlier selected routes without re-selecting / viewing browser history)

Browser: Chrome 136.0.7103.93 on Windows 10
