Update GitHub Actions and Workflows for version 6.0

Description

After the completion of the task related to defining GitHub Actions and Workflows according to the convention (#608), and the transition of development from 5.0 to 6.0, we need to adapt our workflows and actions accordingly.

Tasks

• Rename 5_* actions and workflows to 6_* in the main branch.
• Merge this change to branch 6.0.0.
• Verify references to the affected workflows in other repositories.

Definition of done

• All workflows previously named 5_* are now functioning as 6_* workflows.
• The main branch contains no 5_* actions or workflows.

Fixed. We needed to update the branch "master" to "main".

6_builderpackage_docker-onpush

The workflow is trying to read the old file src/VERSION instead of VERSION.json.

sed: can't read ./src/VERSION: No such file or directory

Fix:

• Fix workflow to read new VERSION.json format #819

6_builderpackage_agent-macos

The unzip command was failing with code 2, and printing this message:

Fix:
