Design and implement a standard view for all stateful dashboards

Description

We want to design and implement a standard visual language for all the Wazuh dashboard stateful views. Following the same pattern in all the stateful views will make interpreting and navigating the information displayed much easier.

• Dashboard revamp #408

Functional requirements

• The views must use standard OpenSearch UI components as much as possible
• We should avoid loading more than 6 visualizations at the same time
• The views should have reporting capabilities

Tasks

• Design a template on which all the stateful dashboard views will be based.
