Install a subdirectory of a repo as a plugin

Hello, I tried to install https://github.com/hallski/spacedust-theme, but only its Vim directory, and tried in 2 different ways, I tried to use "https://github.com/hallski/spacedust-theme/tree/main/Vim" and use "hallski/spacedust-theme/tree/main/Vim", neither of these worked. What's the correct way to do that?
