It would be super cool if the weather.gov site could show the time to frostbite when the wind chill is below -18ºF (that appears to be the 30-minute cutoff from the chart), and maybe some kind of styling to indicate the dangerous situation.

NWS has this really great table showing onset times for frostbite at different wind chills:
