Is this a feature that the rspack team still intends to implement? I notice that #7940 and #8096 have both been inactive/closed since late 2024.

@cellison-figma This feature has fewer usage scenarios, and in most cases it can be bypassed by other methods, so it has not been implemented yet.

@jerrykingxyz But is the idea to do it eventually? Otherwise it would mean that if plugins use LoaderContext.loadModule that they can't be ported to rspack without any effort involved.
