`npx @web3-storage/w3 list --json` should show CAR CIDs containing the data CID where possible

Motivation:

• then anyone using old.web3.storage can use the product to get a CAR CID, fetch it, and upload to w3 up --car <the.car>
  • relevant to as a user of old.web3.storage service, I can list all my uploads, so I can have an inventory of everything and choose to copy it all to w3 up #2342
