Can't retrieve content from old web3.storage

Hello everybody. I need to get back my files from the old web3.storage platform,before to switch to the new one. Pins are not working so it's impossible to download/transfer files.Please give some help before our old accounts will be definitely deleted.Please, I need to get my data back!!!Thank you
