Mandatory tasks orders

We have three different steps to setup the project. You do not need to finish all 3 steps, but you'd need to stay in order. So, please complete e.g. step 1 before step 2. Otherwise the project will not start and exit with errors.

So here the tool says that people need to absolutely follow the order. But then just after the sentence says:

With which setup step can I help you with?
Please type 1, 2 or 3

If there is an order, no need to ask the user to type a number. Let's just request things in order. But if not necessary then the tool should just read the configuration file and see what is missing. For example I could type "2", before filling "1" and enter things.

I like the idea and I think, this is a good improvement for the future.
We should take this step after we've finished the first version and we moved to the json config. :)
