Rename package to webpipe-server #3

NPM discourages prefixing package names with 'node-', since it's assumed the package works with node given that it's distributed via node package manager.

  1. Change the name in package.json to webpipe-server
  2. Publishing using the new name.
  3. Use npm unpublish or npm deprecate on the old one.
