Randomize Behavior Timeouts

To humanize the behaviors it would be an easy aprioach to randomize 25 % of the given Timeout.
For example: Behavior Timeout 120 Seconds
For every new start of the behaviors on the crawl take 20% in the example 24 Seconds.
Next randomize a number between -24 and 24 take and add/substract it from the paramerterized Timeout to have on every call a differnt Time and a humized behavior

Same thing could be done on the delay (Propertly in the Browsertrix itself)

The main Goal is to make Bot detection complicater
