[Bug]: Execution time display inconsistency for active crawl

What did you expect to happen? What happened instead?

The execution time of an active crawl is hidden in the workflow "Latest Crawl" tab but visible in the "Crawls" tab and "Crawl Runs" page, which makes it unclear whether the value is accurate.

Reproduction instructions

1. Log in as crawler
2. Start a crawl
3. Go to workflow's "Latest Crawl". Observe that execution time is shown as --.
4. Go to workflow's "Crawls". Observe that execution time is visible in the list.
