[Bug]: Browser reloads when clicking workflow in list #3201

What did you expect to happen? What happened instead?
As a SPA, the browser should not reload when clicking a link within the app, like a workflow in the workflow list.
Reproduction instructions
- Log in
- Go to Crawling
- Choose workflow. Observe that navigation triggers a full page reload
