[Feature]: Translation for local replay

Context

I have a collection of wacz for websites in a language I don't understand. I want to replay them locally.

What change would you like to see?

Add the ability to translate the text in the webpage when using the local application.

Requirements

An experience similar to the chrome/edge web browser where the user can click on some menu option which allows toggle between original and desired language.
