warcit application for python windows 11 needs to be upgraded or updated to 2023 edition #25
Description
i was having trouble installing warcit pip via python 2023 edition on to my windows 11 laptop computer but i try running this install through my command terminal on windows but for some reason it keeps giving me a error message after i asked command to install warcit but i had find out that the warcit application needs to be upgraded or updated to fit the 2023 interface like seen here from Jun 29, 2020 to March 24, 2023 which we are currently in.
