Full page bg img causes choppy scrolling

1. Add a background such as this to the body
   
2. Set body to be like 500vh
3. Scroll fast see white screen then items show up

If it's about that sometimes BG is not rendering like 5s on video. It's how various chrome GPU optimisations works. To see this issue on my machine only alt-down keys causes it. No way to see this using touchbar

This is because chrome prioritizes smooth scrolling over rendering non-critical elements in real time + this is iframe which is also has lower priority vs main
