This milestone is for the pytorch implementation of the spatial spectral repo of the main branch. This is taking over from the tensorflow implementation of the master branch. The goals of this milestone are to create a reproducible workflow package that begins from raw NEON data and correctly tracks datasets and models through time using comet. This milestone will come with a first release model for the spatial/spectral architecture as well as a baseline score for a vanilla 2D CNN. Issues attached to this milestone will execute individual steps.
