How are mhchem and bussproofs loaded?

Just for my own understanding of how mathjax is loaded by obsidian and how this plugin works, could you explain how the packages are actually loaded?

@mayurankv Not sure if this answers your questions, but these two extensions are available in MathJax v3: https://docs.mathjax.org/en/latest/input/tex/extensions/index.html. I'm not really sure which extensions are loaded by default.

On my end, it seems that both mhchem and bussproofs work without this plugin installed.

According to the documentation of both of these extensions (see hyperlinks), they are "... loaded automatically when the autoload extension is used." I could not find any reference to autoload in this repository, so assuming there is nothing special about my Obsidian config (as far as I know, I have no other plugins that load MathJax extensions), I would think that Obsidian loads autoload by default somehow.
