Output for REMD_analysis.py

Hello,

I'm in my directory with 20 md_rep#.log files and ran the REMD_analysis.py but do not get any output.
-This is some error with my conda environment I think.

Now I've run it but get the error:
ValueError: cannot copy sequence with size 19 to array axis with dimension 20.

I have 20 log files numbered 0 to 19.
