Enable running `eventlog-live` as a child process

Create a `start` function that calls `eventlog-socket::start` and then starts the appropriate `eventlog-live` binary, which should be shipped embedded into the library. This is probably a bit tricky to get right, but would significantly simplify instrumentation.
