🐛 Bug Report: NP-4.2.0-rc1-76 D-Bus error on FC41

QDBusTrayIcon encountered a D-Bus error: QDBusError("org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown", "The name is not activatable")

GUI elements start and the configuration screen did come up the first time. Now just this error and a bunch of orphaned processes. PackageKit isn't throwing errors.

Compile from source, run.

I'm actually going to rip out MPRIS2 support for the next few releases because there are clearly problems with it. Fixing it is going to take a lot of work. It will make an appear back some day. 😦

Ok, apparently I'm wrong. Fixing this was easier than I thought since https://github.com/Bluetooth-Devices/dbus-fast actually has a sane interface and Qt has fixed some of the asyncio incompatibilities enough.

This will show up officially in either 4.2.0 RC#3 or 4.2.0 proper, depending upon how the release ends up. Try it out and let me know.

PS, I've given up on Mixxx ever getting MPRIS2 support in my lifetime. I was hoping the PR would make it by now but it has been like 5 years so....

Oh, RC#2 also includes an updated Qt library just in case that is the actual cause of your DBus problems.
