Modification of Chrome UA on iOS to include bugfix version number

What is the issue with the Compatibility Standard?

There is an intent to ship a new Chrome UA on iOS including a bugfix number. This will probably modify the UA string description which is currently available in the compat spec.

This change was landed in https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/5873283 - so we could document this now (or in a little while, to ensure that it sticks?).
