[Enhancement] Prod Deployment

Description

As a product owner, I want to provide an option to test new configurations and updates of the blog software before using it in prod. It is also a playground for theme development and testing article formats.

Criteria

• blog.prod.while-true-do.io DNS created
• additional to blog.prod.while-true-do.io we need a cname from blog.while-true-do.io and a fitting ingress configuration
• blog.prod.while-true-do.io deployed in Kubernetes on node.prod.while-true-do.io
• object storage created and linked
• setup is documented
• image should point to the latest stable release, but using a fixed version
• deployment.yml, service.yml etc created and deployed
• CI/CD is not part of the story, but deployment must be very clearly documented
