As a product owner, I want to provide transparency for new articles and the current progress. This way, new authors can identify ideas and goals of future articles and also provide more content or references.
Criteria
- add new label "blog article"
- add new issue template "blog article"
- migrate the backlog of blog articles from hub.while-true-do.io to the issue tracker
