Neither "--is-quiet " nor "-q" flag work

Both options "--is-quiet " and "-q" don't work to mute the console. when running any command the terminal is anyways flooded with output text!

as far as I can tell, the messages are directly written with std::cout and not with spdlog. Hence, the option has no effect on them...
