[FR] Save settings (Affinity, priority, etc) for app: Add options to save for absolute path, file hash, etc

It would be nice to be able to specify not only the executable name or the command line, but also the full path of the executable file, if available.
Otherwise, there are too many collisions with processes outside of the user's control. Different programs may be using their own local/portable executable, or there may be completely different apps with the same executable name.

Maybe even an option for a specific file hash?
Publisher info?
Parent process [executable name, executable path, command line, etc]?

A window to pick and choose from different identifying options would be neat, to give the user fine grained control over which processes get the settings saved for.

Oh, and of course, if we get a little window to specify the options, it would be a great help if some of the fields accepted RegEx 💖 😊
