In nvim if you type { before the { in this code and press enter both lines move to the beginning of the line.

Both lines should keep the current indent.

Outside of formatting, the Astro language server does not necessarily handle indenting. For instance, in VS Code the indenting rules are decided by the language configuration.

Could you confirm if this happens on formatting, or just on typing? If the latter, there's nothing we can do, we don't own this part.

Closing due to inactivity, I suspect that this is not something we could fix anyway and is more so related to neovim config.
