Cannot refactor class names.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Other reports say this might be a bug with astro crashing the html language server.

I'm sorry, I do not know what you mean. Please open a new issue with more details. If you mean that you cannot rename classes, I believe this is the expected behaviour at this time. Nor Astro or its language server interact with the HTML language server.
