Audit - add Copy All button to copy errors so we can paste them into Issues, AI etc

Summary

From the Astro Audit tool in the dev previews, give us a "copy" button that would copy all the details of the issue, so we can paste those into Issues, AI agents etc.

Background & Motivation

Rather than having to click into each issue, then write out the details etc... just let us copy all the info that Astro has for the issue (code lines, issue etc etc).

Save us a bunch of time.

Goals

Once click buttons for all or individual issue in astro Audit.
