Add migration guides on Starlight docs.

What is your idea?

In the official documentation of Astro.js, there is a section dedicated to migration from other platforms.
However, a lot of those guides are outdated(before the starlight launch), and there are no guides in starlight.
I believe that creating a new section or a page(like the recipe page) dedicated to migration will increase the accessibility of Starlight.

I also have a discussion going on in the official Astro.js docs on a similar topic: withastro/docs#11024

Why is this important?

As explained above, this change is important because some Starlight users might require the migration of pre-existing projects on different platforms (like docsarus, vitepress, mkdocs, etc).
