Currently, Copilot is able to execute only step-by-step instructions, and is limited to the current app's state only.

Enhance Copilot to handle complex, multi-step intents by breaking them into individual actions. The "pilot mode" should iteratively execute each step, updating subsequent steps based on the results until the intent is fulfilled.
