سلام ویزویز وقت بخیر

من رباتم رو خیلی وقت پیش برام کاستوم کردی و تا به امروز خوب کار میکرد تا اینکه سرورم بسته شد و با فایل ربات و بکاپ روی یه سرور دیگه بالا اوردم اما مشکلی که دارم اینه که دیگه پیام های تمدید سرویس برای مشتری ارسال نمیشه حتی پیام های کمبود حجم پایین تر از 1 گیگ هم براش نمیره. به پشتیبانی vip پیام دادم اگه میتونی بیزحمت یه چک میکنی ببینیم مشکل کجاست؟
