Extension dedicated google group

Hi Jingyi,

I'm Etacarinae from the Google Product Forums › Google Chrome Forum ›
Questions and Feedback on the New Tab Page.

I think it would be most beneficial for this extension, going forward, to have its own discussion group hosted on Google Groups. I suggest this for two reasons:

1. I don't think GitHub is as easily accessible and usable, to the layman who may wish to give feedback on the extension, as a dedicated Google Group would be.
2. The particular thread we're discussing this extension in — the message users are trying to send to the Chrome team — may become diluted by discussion of this extension. It may well justify their 'suggestion' to install extensions to mimic removed functionality, as they will consider the 'noise' about the extension to satisfy us, apparent, "vocal minority".

The group could be linked to on the extensions page and even its home page switched to the group. Of course, github can still be linked for those of us who are a little more advanced and able to circumnavigate GitHub.

Yes, I should consider that. I agree the product forum is not a good place to discuss this extension a lot.
