Content drip settings don't appear

If you try to set content drip to any lesson, its settings don't appear.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable Sensei LMS Content Drip plugin.
2. Go to any lesson and scroll down to Sensei Content Drip panel.
3. Choose any other options except the default "As soon as the course is started"
4. You can see that settings that required settings are missing, don't pop up:
   On a specific date - date picker
   A specific interval after the course start date - interval settings
