Describe the bug
Klarna is not showing up in the payment methods list in the Stripe settings page for a supported country. We have a function to check for the available countries. However, the list is actually the list of countries supported as customer locations. In Stripe documentation, they have a separate list of countries for business locations.

To Reproduce

  • Create a Stripe account in a country that is supported as a business location but not as a customer location for Klarna. (you will find the following list here https://docs.stripe.com/payments/klarna). The account reported in 9403181-zd-a8c is in Slovenia.

  • Connect to the Stripe account from your Stripe settings page.
  • Go to the Payment Methods tab in your Stripe settings page.
  • Notice that Klarna is absent from the list.

Expected behavior

  • Klarna should be present on the settings page if
    • The connected Stripe account is an account in a country from the list of supported business locations.
  • Klarna should be present on the checkout page if all the following are true
    • Klarna is enabled in the settings page.
    • The shopper's location is in a country from the list of customer locations.
    • The order currency is one of the supported currencies.
