StoreAPI Is generating too many Orders, Fake Orders Using Paypal.

There are a lot Orders having same amount. When I investigated more about these orders in my database, I found that all these orders have metadata "_created_via = store-api" Whereas all the real orders have "_created_via = checkout"
This thing is making too much problem.

If I replace Paypal plugin with some other, Then this goes OK.

Please let me know how to fix this issue with "WooCommerce Paypal payments"
