assetsDir property in extension has no default value

When retrieving the property getAssetsDir from UnityPluginExtension it is null by default.
It should be getProjectPath()/getAssetsDir

I just saw that we use convention mapping instead of defining the default values in the extension. I'll keep this issue open for now because I forgot why I stumbled upon this issue.
