The stata_linter package provides a set of commands that attempt to improve the readability of Stata do files. The list of commands will be extended continuously, and suggestions for new commands are greatly appreciated. The commands are written based on good coding practices according to the standards at the Development Impact EValuation Unit (The World Bank’s unit for Impact Evaluations). For these standards, refer to DIME's Stata Coding practices and the Appendix: The DIME Analytics Coding Guide chapter of Development Research in Practice, or the coding section of this wiki.
