first module to make #273

when modules are possible, make a VERY simple one for 'envelope follower' using slide
the slide op is both for lowpass filtering and envelope following. see the slide~ object in max for how to program it as an env follower. might need a knob or two to callibrate it. anyway, slide is currently being used as a lowpass filter, so make a module that is simply a wrapper for slide but is named envelope follower
