play a simple mischmasch scene with genish

• build a scene using funzo
• pass graph to Audio.js:updateGraph()
• verify output string
• verify genish kernel
• resolve issue #228 before moving to next checkbox
• get audio to play?

@grrrwaaa I'm nearly there with getting genish audio working in webxr. i'm using the code we worked on in the summer for the nodegles version to produce a genish callback from the mischmasch patch document. i'm going to keep working at it, but if you have some time to go over it that'd be great!
