render window not displaying on osx

running lotsoflines.js or rotatingcube.js yields the following in the console, but no render window appear.

glfw 3.3.0
glfw version-string: 3.3.0 Cocoa NSGL

Can you try trashing your node_modules folder and your package-log.json, and running npm install again?
