Transform Launchpad repositories into a monorepository

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently we have issues deploying a new version while being stable.

The issue being tests are not runned when the new core is pushed.
Same goes for the documentation.

Describe the solution you'd like
The solution would be to move to a mono repository to have all of theses problems being tackled at once.

We can try using this library while creating our mono repo: https://github.com/soyuka/pmu
