Description

As per the documentation [1] it says userinfo and scope management endpoints are optional.
But on the UI, those fields are required and cannot proceeed further, without providing values to them

Steps to Reproduce

Go to admin portal of WSO2 API manager.
Click on Key Managers from left menu and create a key manager. select type as Okta
