Minimize the use of different types of third party JSON libraries in the code base. #12757

Currently in the code we use more than one JSON library from different vendors. Some of these libraries are quite outdated.
Eg: org.json wso2 orbit is last updated on 2014
The maintenance work has become hard when upgrading requirements come due to different security vulnerabilities in them. Hence it would be better we can try to reuse only 1 or 2 libraries max for JSON requirements.
