Identity Provider Entity ID Config in IS 7.x

Description

In versions prior to IS 7.0, it was possible to configure the Identity Provider Entity ID. However, in IS 7.x this option is no longer available. To maintain backward compatibility, it is required to retain this capability in 7.x as well.
