Remove "saml-query-profile-target" folder

Description:
Currently since we have not released a new version of samples, the sample for querying assertions is zipped and moved to a folder named "saml-query-profile-target".

Ideally, we should remove the "saml-query-profile-target" folder once a release is released and we should release the zip file in "saml-query-profile-target" folder as an asset. Which we can in-turn refer in the documentation based on the product version.
