React 19 Support

Hey I see that RN 19 is supported on the main branch but not on the current release

what are the pending items for the release and how can we help get this through the line @zhiqingchen
We've also encountered some performance issues that we want to profile and contribute back some improvements on which we want to re profile after react 19
