Voting System

We can have criteria like:

Concept - 30%
Design -25%
Development (to be voted only by mentor and organizers) => Best Code Award, pero magmamatter sa overall - 25%
Presentation - 20% 

From 1 to 5 stars.

1. Ability for members and mentors to vote. 
2. Disable ability to vote for your own team.
3. Give space for comment/feedback from attendees to improve what they have done.
